1. What happens before you send me the HOC unit?
   We will contact you for the relevant user details for your network so that we may customise your unit.
    

2. How long will it take to receive my customised unit?
   The unit is usually delivered within 5 working days of purchase.
    

3. How secure is this system?
   The VPN system is highly secure using 256 bit encryption either SSL VPN or IPSEC VPN and two-factor authentication using Google authenticator or Authy. Our system meets compliance standards for multinational organisations. Also, there are no inbound connections to your office, making the solution very secure. 
    

4. When I receive my unit what will I have to do?
   You will plug the power supply and ethernet cable in to your office network and HOC box.
    

5. Will I need to go into my office?
   Yes, you will need to go into your office to plug in the HOC unit and turn it on.
    

6. What happens if I change my mind?
   All our plans can be altered or cancelled without penalty.
    

7. Can more that one person use Home Office Direct?
   Yes, at present you can purchase HOC for up to 15 users.
    

8. What happens if I need more than 15 users?
   Please contact us and we will provide you with a quote for your business needs.
    

9. Can I add more users at a later date?
   Yes definitely, but you would need to contact us.
