Designed and implemented multiple, high availability, AWS Virtual Private Cloud networks. Cloud based services were designed to be available from over 500 sites globally and provided mission critical real-time business services. Traffic to and from the Amazon VPCs had QOS applied to maximize performance and leverage existing MPLS links. Disaster recovery was enabled via eBGP creating full regional Data Centre failover to the cloud integrating back into the Verizon MPLS.

Internet breakout with load balanced bluecoat proxies, Cisco GSS, redundant ASA firewall for Traffic enforcement and VPN termination.

Split data centre network in half due to customer requirement, created and successfully implemented migration and rollback plans; creating new 1100 line PIX/ASA firewall configuration by hand on different firewall technology.
